Club West is conceived as a modern social anchor within the AiGen Township at Kondapavuluru, Vijayawada. The architecture reflects fluidity, openness, and community interaction through a bold curvilinear built form that stands as a visual landmark within the development.

The design moves away from rigid geometry and instead embraces soft, rounded edges and sweeping horizontal bands. The continuous curved roofline, accentuated with integrated linear lighting, creates a dynamic architectural identity both during the day and at night. Vertical louvers form a textured façade element, balancing transparency and solidity while enhancing climatic responsiveness.

A double-height glazed frontage establishes strong visual connectivity between interior activities and the landscaped exterior. The expansive glass panels allow abundant natural daylight to penetrate deep into the interiors while creating a welcoming and transparent entrance statement.

The planning is organized around openness and flexibility. The ground floor accommodates primary social and gathering functions, while the upper level extends the spatial experience with additional recreational and community-oriented spaces. A sculptural staircase within the double-height zone acts as both a circulation element and a visual focal point.

Material selection reinforces the clubhouse’s premium character. Warm earthy-toned metal cladding contrasts with light textured plastered surfaces, while full-height glazing systems create elegance and transparency. Integrated LED strip lighting highlights architectural curves and enhances the building’s night-time presence.

Landscape design plays a vital role in the overall experience. Soft lawns, flowering shrubs, and structured plantation zones frame the built form, ensuring a seamless transition between architecture and open space.
